Living Institute Breaks Down Barriers With Training on Unconscious Bias and Diversity

Impactful workshops and inclusion-oriented training helps participants embrace diversity.

Today’s workforce is more diverse than the previous generation’s, with the number of minority workers projected to continuously increase. The need for inclusion is perhaps more imperative than ever.

Living Institute works to break down barriers in diversity with inclusion-driven workshops, training, surveys, and other tools.

“When we close our eyes and imagine how a leader looks, we see a man,” said the team at Living Institute. “That is an unconscious bias and that is a decisive barrier to women’s careers in business.”

Unconscious bias are social stereotypes, and they are found across the board in various social groups. While this type of bias is unintentional and generally automatic, it is still dangerous when it comes to inclusion.

Living Institute, a Denmark based organization, has a team of consultants who provide clients with a hands-on approach for creating real solutions for unconscious bias and gender parity through culture analysis, cultural intelligence identification, and top management synchronization. This is achieved through a process that Living Institute calls “applied diversity intelligence”.

Through these strategies, Living Institute is helping bridge the gender gap and create more diverse and inclusive workforces. Currently, all courses and training are being offered online through webinars. More information can be found at
