Sara Rodriguez The CEO of Titan Title is Named NAHREP’s President for 2nd Term

NAHREP names Sara Rodriguez the CEO of Titan Title as Its President for 2nd Term.

Hispanic homeownership has increased to 49% during the 1st quarter of 2021. This quarter is the highest first-quarter beginning for Hispanics in over 12 years. It was just a year ago when The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Hispanic Wealth Report showed 54% of survey respondents were homeowners.

Helping lead the initiative is NAHREP’s President Sara Rodriguez, who has been the first person ever to be re-elected President of NAHREP two years in a row. Sara Rodriguez’s goal is to continue bringing awareness and resources to the Hispanic community and the NAHREP’s members to help Hispanics achieve sustainable homeownership.

Sara Rodriguez’s vision of building the foundation for the next 20 years, as the studies show the Hispanic and Latino demographics will account for 70% of new homeowners in the United States. As the Hispanic community continues to see a significant increase in homeownership advocacy, their interests must increase to enable the successful progression of this community.

Sara Rodriguez is a Hispanic business owner, and her dedication to her community creates a passion for leading the way for Hispanic homeownership journeys. Sara is the Titan Title CEO, a title company based out of Fairfax, VA. Sara Rodriguez recently opened her second branch for Titan Title in Rockville, MD. Her vision to continue expanding her business while empowering her Hispanic community and building more public awareness as the 2021’s NAHREP’s National President.

It will be a big year for Sara Rodriguez and the Hispanic community of real estate professionals who continued to build in shape the upward trend of Hispanic homeownership in the future years. Each year the Hispanic homeownership rate increases regardless of the economic factors they have targeted our society in the last year.

The biggest obstacle the Hispanic community faces is the decline in inventory that is plaguing the entire market. Contributing to the empowerment of sustainable Hispanic homeownership will allow this community to grow for decades to come. The national and state legislative affairs are vital to the vision of NAHREP’s innovative advancement of viable Hispanic homeownership. NAHREP’s Hispanic advocacy agenda leads the initiative for the driving force in homeownership policy and the housing market’s leadership. NAHREP possesses a vision that gives protection and expands credit options for the Hispanic community, especially first-time homebuyers.

The NAHREP’s policy focus is to increase construction for available homes to ensure the housing inventory upward trend. The immigrant workforce primarily lies in the construction sector, where the most substantial labor shortage is currently found. Providing advocacy for immigration policies will boost the sustainable housing market by providing growth for the Hispanic American communities to achieve the dream of homeownership.

Sara Rodriguez brings advocacy and empowerment to benefit the lives of the community that she is a part of building. Her journey is a first-hand account of what is attainable through hard work indetermination. Homeownership is the American dream, and through the policy’s that the NAHREP supports, that dream for the Hispanic community will continue to develop and become stronger.
