"Football for Friendship": New multiplayer simulator "F4F"-World
International Children’s Social Programme “Football for Friendship” announces the launch of the “Football for Friendship”-World video game. The release is scheduled for the autumn of 2020. For the first time, users all across the globe will have the opportunity to play games united into international teams in the “Football for Friendship” format. DataArt is the developer of the game. It will be available on MS Windows, Apple macOS, Android, iOS.

Moscow/New York – September 3, 2020 – The new multiplayer football simulator F4F World is based on the main values of the programme, such as friendship, peace, and equality. It allows to organise international teams games in real time. Behind each of the football players are users from different countries. Each team has a goalkeeper, a defender, two forwards, two halfbacks, a coach, and substitute players. In the F4F World, users can join teams or create their own; invite random players or their friends. Players can enjoy a classic game of football and also matches with the rules based on the Nine Values of the programme: friendship, equality, fairness, health, peace, devotion, victory, traditions, and honour.

Football for Friendship World features:

  • original hand-drawn design and unique character customization
  • multi-level modes: football player, club coach, football fan
  • opportunity to participate in matches according to the rules of Football for Friendship and their modifications using power-ups
  • ability to create clubs and invite random players or friends from different countries to join
  • club career management with the ability to play in multiple divisions and international leagues

The DataArt company is developing the F4F World. Previously, DataArt created the Skillotron educational gaming platform that won multiple awards. It is also the global solutions developer for Nasdaq, Travelport, Ocado, Centrica/Hive, Paddy Power Betfair, IWG, Univision, Meetup.

The Football for Friendship World release is scheduled for the autumn of 2020. The first users to register will have free unlimited access.

The International Children’s Social Programme Football for Friendship is implemented by Gazprom since 2013. Over the previous seven seasons, the programme has united over 6 000 participants from 211 countries and regions and over 5 000 000 supporters.

Young Players and Young Journalists are the participants of the programme – boys and girls aged 12 including children with disabilities. Young Players represent different countries and cultures united in the mixed teams. They show that nationality, gender, and physical abilities aren’t a barrier to becoming a team. Young Journalists cover the events of the programme in the International Children’s Press Center. All participants become Young Ambassadors of the programme and continue to share their Football for Friendship experience and promote universal human values: friendship, equality, fairness, health, peace, devotion, victory, traditions, and honour.

UEFA, FIFA, football federations and the world’s leading football clubs, international charity foundations, famous athletes, politicians, and artists support Football for Friendship. The project has received multiple national and international awards in the field of social responsibility, sports, and communications, including the world record for the most nationalities in a football training session in history.

In 2020, Football for Friendship will be held in the online format. A special digital platform will unite over 10 000 players of all ages. It will become the home for international children’s competitions and a playground where anyone will be able to train, join into the international mixed teams and play their favourite game in the Football for Friendship format without leaving the comfort of their home.
