Melanie specializes in selling Probate and Estate properties, working alongside Probate Attorneys, Trust & Estate Attorneys, Guardians and Personal Representatives to liquidate properties for the beneficiaries. She also has extensive knowledge and experience in Real Estate investing and distressed property acquisition and divestiture, having sold more than 100 distressed properties, including short sales, foreclosures (REO), tax deed, and bankruptcy properties.
In addition, Melanie enjoys helping her clients buy and sell commercial properties. She has 17+ years of experience with commercial properties including retail and multifamily property transactions – from duplexes to 150-unit properties.

Melanie is a Business School Graduate from Tulane University in New Orleans. Fluent in Spanish and Italian, she has also studied in Madrid, Spain at ICADE University and in Buenos Aires, Argentina at Universidad del Belgrano.
