Top-rated security services save lives, property

Alert 360 Home Security San Diego, a top-rated, local provider of home and business security and automation, celebrated the company’s monthly, monitored security “Lifesaver” success stories. In southern California and the surrounding area, Alert 360 operates two branch offices and several authorized dealers from which it provides expert security consultations, installation of security systems, and service – all backed by 24/7, U.S.-based alarm monitoring center.

Alert 360 home security in San Diego and across the country has been recognized for its award-winning security systems for homes and businesses. The company, which also has offices in Anaheim, Fresno, Sacramento, San Diego and a large number of cities in other states, has earned Five Diamond Monitoring Center designation through The Monitoring Association for excellence in alarm monitoring for security systems and home automation devices.

This month, Alert 360 celebrates the following, top security alarm monitoring success stories:

  • Alert 360 received a burglary alarm from a master bedroom glass break sensor and dispatched the local police. Alert 360 continued to receive glass break alarm notifications from various locations inside the residence. The homeowner later confirmed there was a break-in and the police caught the suspects.
  • Alert 360 received a fire alarm signal and spoke to the homeowner who had fallen asleep and left the stove on. The house was full of smoke, but the homeowner was alerted and saved.
  • Alert 360 received a medical alarm and made contact with the homeowner who was having an allergic reaction to medication and requested an ambulance. Follow up with the customer confirmed she had an allergic reaction and was OK but was going to stay with a relative as a precaution.
  • Alert 360 received a counter, silent panic alarm from a business. Follow-up with the business contact confirmed the alarm was pressed because a customer was stealing from the store and everything was OK following the alarm.

“Daily, our audible and silent alarms, security cameras, and alarm dispatchers help prevent theft, capture bad guys, collect evidence, or alert to danger,” said Kent Morris, Alert 360 Vice President of Customer Experience. “However, we don’t always get the rest of the story after we dispatch emergency personnel. In these cases, we did and are thrilled to have made a difference in our customers’ lives. At Alert 360, we’re especially proud of our consistent, average sub twenty second response time, ensuring we assist customers as quickly as possible and helping to save lives, property, and valuables. While this is just a sampling of the success stories we achieve each month, each one highlights the value behind our essential services and inspires our dedicated team.”

The local southern California security teams design and installs a range of security systems from a basic home security system to the most comprehensive home and business security package.
